For over a decade, Michael C. Robinson has represented clients in employment law matters. He has experience handling matters in jury trials, bench trials, arbitrations, mediations, administrative hearings, and before the appellate court. He is licensed and experienced in both Federal and State Courts in California.

Prior to starting Robinson Employment Law, Michael C. Robinson was a partner in a prominent employee rights law firm. Before that, he represented both employees and employers in civil litigation at two other law firms. He is an active member of the legal community. He has made numerous presentations to attorneys for State Bar educational credit.

Michael C. Robinson enjoys philosophy, music, movies, sports, but most of all, spending time with his family and friends.

Lakesha L. Robinson has civil litigation experience in both federal and state courts in California since receiving her license in 2008.

Ms. Robinson represents employees in a wide range of labor and employment matters, California wage and hour issues, discrimination, retaliation, and wrongful termination. She is responsible for handling matters related to claims of harassment and discrimination based on protected classes such as race, age, gender, national origin, disability, and sexual orientation, as well as claims of retaliation, wrongful discharge, and misclassification of employees. 

Prior to joining Robinson Employment Law, Lakesha L. Robinson was an attorney with three civil defense law firms where she litigated civil actions, involving a variety of personal injuries and property damage issues. She has experience in handling insurance liability and coverage issues
